EFE - Hooklifts

hooklift

The equipment is designed to lift by bulling the containers onto its frame mounted on the chassis truck and transport. It also dumps the containers to discharge the content. Design is made according to DIN 30722. Equipment is made of a frame, an articulated arm and hydraulic and pneumatic installation.

FRAME

There is a subframe with crossmembers made to suit the chassis truck. There are heavy duty centralizing rollers at the rear of the subframe on which the containers are pulled onto the frame. There are centralizing and locking pieces on the frame, keeping the containers safely on the frame during transportation.

LIFTING ARM AND FUNCTION

There is an articulated lifting arm connected each other with a heavy duty hinge in the middle and turning around the rear hinge. Middle hinge has hydraulically locking ability which is used during tipping around the rear hinge.

Front part of the lifting arm has hydraulical telescopic movement. The heavy duty hinges at the rear are the same axis with the rollers.

Lifting arm pulls the containers from the ground onto the frame by disengaging the locking device on the middle hinge, thus, the front part of the arm is lowered at the rear to grab the handle in front of the container and raised to pull the container on the rear rollers of the container and the rollers on the frame. After the container is completely placed on the frame, the telescopic movement of the front part of the lifting arm moves the container to the front to lock it both mechanically and hydraulically.

HYDRAULIC AND PNEUMATIC INSTALLATION

Hydraulic pump is connected to PTO. PTO is controlled pneumatically from the cab. When PTO is engaged, engine is also accelerated automatically.

There is a manually controlled four spool hydraulic valve controlling tipping of the lifting arm, telescopic movement of the front arm, engaging the lock on the middle hinge and the hydraulic locking of the container on the frame.

There are six double acting hydraulic cylinders, two for the lifting arm tilting
