EFE - Battle tank transporting semitrailer

Battle tank transporting semitrailer is made to transport battle tanks or apc. Military spects are taken into account in design and several field tests are made on semitrailer afterwards.

CHASSIS
Main beams are made from St52.3 Steel in "I" cross section. Box shaped cross members and "U" shaped side beams make the platform. King-pin is made according to DIN 74083 standard 3½".

AXLE & SUSPENSION
There are four oscillating axles in two rows with rocker beam suspension . Axle capacity is 13 ton each. Hubs are made from spheroidal cast iron with 10 studs. 20'' rims can be mounted. Drums are made from cast iron with Ø420x200 mm size. Brake shoes are according to standarts.

FLOOR
Platform is covered with 5/7mm thick chequered steel.

LANDING LEGS
Telescopic and folding landing leg with double speed gear box manual operation.

ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION
It is made according to sae standarts taking into account legal regulations.

BRAKE INSTALLATION
It is made according to sae standarts with two lines and abs.

• Spare wheel and carrier
• Tool box with chains to fix the tank on the platform
• Wrench for studs
• Hydraulically operating loading ramps with manual hand pump.
• Rollers and guides for rope winch on the truck tractor to pull the tank on the platform.
• Fire extingushiers
• Adjustable guides on the platform for tank track width.
