EFE - Liebherr Truck Mixers

DRUM SUPPORT ROLLERS

There are two rollers with adjustable taper roller bearings. These are shielded to keep out dirt and other materials.

REAR AND FRONT DRUM SUPPORTS

The drum supports are made with proper thickness and grades of steel sheet. The front and rear support are mounted to the sub-frame with four U-shaped bolts with secured nuts (Liebherr attachment system).

HANDLING OVER PARTS FOR CONCRETE

Inlet hopper, discharge hopper, discharge chute and two extension chutes are provided. Discharge chute can be rotated 180 degree horizantally and 30 degree vertically extension chutes are placed on the mudguards on both side and are easily handled.

SUBFRAME

The U-sectioned sub-frame is made just to fit to the vehicle's chassis frame.

DRIVE SYSTEM

Drum is driven by a seperate engine or PTO supplied by the truck.

TRANSMISSION

OIL COOLER

There is a compact oil cooler with integrated 10 liter oil tank thermostat-controlled built in suction filter and sight glass.

WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM

There is a water pump mounted on the gear box to supply pressurized water for washing or additional water to the system.

CONTROL LEVERS

There are mechanical and flexible remote controls with two simple control levers. One of the lever controls the rotating speed and the other direction of the mixing drum. The operating speed of the driving power unit is controlled by the other lever.

LADDER

There is an access ladder to the oversized inspection platform with safety bars. The operator can see easily inside the drum and discharge zone from this wide platform.

ELECTRIC SYSTEM

The electric system can be provided as 12 or 24 V.
