EFE Minipacker

Minipacker consists of a body with a raised rear end forming loading hopper, a showel sweeping the refuse inside the body which is mounted to the body with top hinges, an ejection / pressing plate moving on rails mounted inside the body and the hydraulic installation powered by the vehicle. Because of the loading hopper being in one piece with the body there will never be any dirty water leaking, and single showel offers simple and reliable.

BODY

Body is made from steel plates at the bottom, press formed steel plates on the side and thick wear resistant plates on the rear end.All the body is reinforced with U profiled reinforcing element made from thick plates. Cross members on the bottom passes through subrame to increase the strength of the floor.

Subframe is made from thick steel plates in C shape, body is mounted on the chassis truck with elastic elements.

In front of the body there is a dirty water tank with a discharge hose.

EJECTION PLATE

Ejection / pressing plate moves in the body on the U shaped rails placed on side walls of the body.

Ejection / pressing plate has wear resistant and easily replaceable poliamid shoes. It moves by means of a double effecting telescopic cylinder.

SHOWEL

Showel is mounted on top of the rear end of the body and moves radially by means of double effecting hydraulic cylinders.

Showel sweeps the refuse inside the body during closing action.

HYDRAULIC INSTALLATION

Hydraulic gear pump is powered by PTO mounted to the gear box of the vehicle. PTO is controlled from the cab.

There is a oil tank with return filter, suction filter, venting filling tap cover, temperature and level gauge and ball valve.

Hydraulic tubes according to DIN 2391 C standards are used on the installation with EO type connections. All hydraulic cylinders are made from honned tubes and hard chrome plated rods.

Showel closing-openning action, ejection plate movements and lifting device are controlled manually with a three port directional control valve mounted.

CONTAINER LIFTING DEVICE

There is container lifting device for 1100 lt capacity containers according to DIN standards.
