Quality is defined by the customer. All the work is done by company employees, suppliers, and dealers is part of a process that creates a product or
service for a customer.
Each employee is a customer of works that has been done before his/her role's beginning. He/she is right to expect these works to be good. Besides, he/she
has obligation to contribute to correct these works.
Our responsibility to our customers doesn't end after the delivery. Our customers will find EFE at their side in the problems with our products. Our best
customer is our old customer.
